When showing the support team an error, they may require you to take a screenshot of your screen:
On a Mac:

- To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command and 3.
- If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to be saved to your desktop.
On Windows 10:
You can use the snipping tool to capture screenshots:
Select the Start button, type snipping tool in the search box on the taskbar, and then select Snipping Tool from the list of results.
