PAID ADS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, results-driven Paid Ad Specialist to join our team working with Australia’s leading equestrian brands.

In this position, you’ll bring a deep understanding of paid media platforms, strong technical know-how, and a passion for performance marketing. You’ll work across multiple channels to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns.

Starting in January 2026, this position is part-time, either working from our beautiful rural studio in Darraweit Guim, Victoria, 1 hour from Melbourne, or remotely located in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Perform audience segmentation and keyword research to refine targeting.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimising for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply A/B testing strategies across ads and landing pages
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and spend efficiency.
  • Provide in-depth reports and insights into campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices.

Skills and experience:

  • Understanding of the horse industry a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ad Manager, SEMrush
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal.)
  • You will be reliable, flexible and have a ‘can do attitude.’
  • Extremely organised with high time management skills, ability to multitask and plan independently.
