Equestrian Digital Marketing Coordinator
Maternity leave cover – 12-month contract with a possibility of extension.

Starting MAY 2026

This maternity leave cover position is working three days a week in a hybrid setting, from home and from our studio in Darraweit Guim, Victoria (1 hour North of Melbourne)

You 

  • Love horses, ideally have one of your own, and have a thorough understanding of the horse industry.
  • Love dogs (We have two office dogs!)
  • You live and breathe social media, keeping up to date with current trends across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Either partway through study or already have a certificate, diploma or tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A true creative who likes to think outside the square.
  • A hard worker who is organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Self-sufficient, able to work unattended and as part of a team.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and tone of voice, with meticulous attention to detail.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Reporting to the director and account manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, manage and implement digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign and content ideas, execution and performance analysis.
  • Develop engaging, brand-aligned content and copy for organic social media channels.

  • Manage the planning and end-to-end execution of cross-channel content calendars in line with strategic objectives.

  • Plan and execute EDM’s

  • Managing brand ambassadors and influencers.
  • Liaising with clients on the phone, in person and digitally.

Qualifications and experience:

  • It is essential that you have extensive knowledge of the horse industry and a love for all things equine
  • Certificate / Degree / Diploma in Marketing or similar, or partway through education.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media.
  • Experience is in a similar role.

An Advantage:

  • Meta / TikTok paid ads experience
